Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

1. The “Dine & Fly Contest 2014″ (the “Contest”) is open to all who are aged 18 and above (as of 2014) except employees and immediate family members of Chaswood Resources Sdn Bhd (the “Organizer”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.

2. The Contest Period is from 1st Nov 2014 to 31st Dec 2014 (the “Contest Period”). The Organizer reserves the absolute right to shorten or extend the Contest Period if deemed necessary without need to provide prior notice.

How to Participate?

3. Participants need to make a minimum purchase of RM350.00 or above in a single receipt with a Standard Chartered bank credit card or debit card (dine-in only) at any Participating Chaswood Resources Group of Restaurants in Malaysia during the Contest Period (the “Proof of Purchase”) to entitle for one (1) entry to the Contest.

4. “Participating Chaswood Resources Group of Restaurants in Malaysia” refers to:

  • TGI Fridays
  • WATAMI Japanese Casual Restaurant
  • Bulgogi Brothers Korean Barbecue Restaurant
  • Italiannies
  • The Apartment
  • Malones
  • Baci
  • Laundry

5. All contest entries must be submitted with a Proof of Purchase to the Participating Chaswood Resources Group of Restaurants in Malaysia.

6. Participants can submit multiple entries including photocopied contest forms as long as each entry is attached with a valid Proof of Purchase and complete with the participant’s personal details (name as per NRIC, NRIC number, email address and contact number).

7. Entries and Proof of Purchase which are incomplete, damaged, non-readable, tampered, illegible or late etc will be disqualified.

Prizes

8. There are a total of two thousand (2,000) prizes to be won:

  • 2,000 winners x 2,000 AirAsia Big Points

9. Redemption of the prize is subject to the Terms & Conditions as set out by Air Asia.

10. Each participant can ONLY win one (1) prize.

  • All proof of purchase will be listed in accordance with their receipt number based on the Chaswood Resources Group Point of Sales System. Every 5th receipt number will win a prize of the 2,000 AirAsia Big Points till all the prizes are fully redeemed, e.g. the 5th winner, the 10th winner, the 15th winner, and so forth.

11. All results will be posted on fb.com/chaswood.com.my

Other Details

12. All finalists will be contacted via phone. Should the finalist be unreachable after three (3) phone call attempts, he/ she will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to the next shortlisted participant.

13. The judges’ decision is final and binding. No further correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

14. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any one of the prize(s) with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash and will only be presented to winners who are able to satisfy the Organizer’s prize claiming requirements as set out herein.

15. All prizes will be awarded within sixty (60) days upon notification. Winners from Klang Valley must claim their prizes within the stated period, failing which the prizes will be forfeited and no further claims will be entertained. For winners out of Klang Valley, prizes will be mailed out.

16. The Organizer will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of any form of notification to the participants. All costs incidental to the Contest and redemption and/or usage of the prizes shall be solely borne by the winners.

17. Winners of the Contest shall be solely responsible to bear any cost and all taxes, duties, charges or fees payable by them as a result of participation in this Contest or arising from winning, redemption or usage of the prize(s).

18. The Organizer, its affiliates, all its business partners, and/or other parties related to this Contest, including their directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable in the event the prize(s) are lost, spoilt, damaged or stolen during and after collection and/or delivery of the prizes.

19. By accepting or collecting the prize, the winner agrees to indemnify the Organizer its affiliates, all its business partners, and/or other parties related to this Contest, including their directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, prosecution, judgment, damage, loss or liability incurred related to his/her participation in the Contest or his/her acceptance or redemption or use of the prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize will be deemed claimed when there is an acknowledgement of receipt of the prize.

20. All participants unconditionally agree to assume full liability and responsibility in the event of any loss, mishap, injury, damage, claim, or accidents (including death) suffered as a result of or arising from their participation in this Contest, redemption and/or utilization of the prizes.

21. Participants may receive future promotional messages from the Organizer.

23. The Organizer reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest at any time without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organizer of the Contest shall not entitle the participants to any claim or compensation against the Organizer for any loss or damage suffered or costs and expenses incurred by the participant either directly and/or indirectly arising from or in connection with the cancellation, termination or suspension of the Contest by the Organizer.

24. By participating in this Contest, participants are taken to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and accept that all decisions by the Organizer are final and binding. The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to the participants and the participants agree to be bound by such changes.
